Directions – Use wet Hands and rub on the soap to gather sufficient lather. Use the bar twice a day, the first 3 days of using the bar will give a slight tingly and burning sensation which is normal. Keep the bar away from constant contact with water inorder to ensure a longer life span for the bar

Muddy lake, I would say is the ideal for acne skin. It helped my teenage daughter with her pimple issues. It was a big issue for her and Thank God, I found @soapstoris and scrolled through to see if I could find anything for pimples. So hear I am witnessing about the benefits of Muddy lake.
